About Our School

A Legacy of Education and Empowerment in Karnataka

Al-Ameen Primary and High School operates proudly under the distinguished banner of the **Al-Ameen Educational Society**, an organization with a rich history spanning over **six decades**. Established in **1966** in the vibrant city of Bangalore, the Society was founded by **Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan** with a visionary goal: to provide essential educational facilities, particularly for **minority communities** and especially members of the **Muslim Community**, at a time when higher education centers for Muslims were scarce.

Being the first of its kind in Karnataka, Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan laid the foundation for what quickly grew into the expansive "**Al-Ameen Movement**." Under its patronage, focus was strategically directed towards critical sectors: **education, banking, and health**, all aimed at uplifting disadvantaged sections of society, with a special emphasis on the Muslim Community.
